Here's how we go about it.
We start with a small aptitude test. The candidates are tested for their professional skills and experience.

If you are found suitable for the job, we will call you for the final round of interview. This is taken by a Senior Manager and if all goes well an offer letter is rolled out.
Once we find the candidate suitable to be a part of our organization, we will also conduct a background check to ensure no information provided is false or tweaked. We will verify your employment history as a part of the procedure to confirm all information included in your resume is accurate.
Those who successfully pass through each of these rounds, will be called and we will hand over the offer letter to the deserving.
