OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

WE ARE HIRING!

We, at PageTraffic, are passionate about our work. So we carry out a robust recruitment process to ensure that we hire only the best and the deserving. Candidates have to go through few rounds before they are finally given the offer letter.

Here's how we go about it.

APTITUDE AND WRITTEN TEST

We start with a small aptitude test. The candidates are tested for their professional skills and experience.

INITIAL ROUND OF INTERVIEW

Now is the time for some face to face interaction. An initial round of interview is conducted with the candidate for the assessment of the candidate and fitability for the job; do Now is the time for some face to face interaction. FINAL ROUND OF INTERVIEW

If you are found suitable for the job, we will call you for the final round of interview. This is taken by a Senior Manager and if all goes well an offer letter is rolled out.

BACKGROUND CHECK

Once we find the candidate suitable to be a part of our organization, we will also conduct a background check to ensure no information provided is false or tweaked. We will verify your employment history as a part of the procedure to confirm all information included in your resume is accurate.

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE HIRED

Those who successfully pass through each of these rounds, will be called and we will hand over the offer letter to the deserving.
